I purchased this grill thinking it was the rare 4 slat grill. It is not, that's on me. However upon contacting customer service about it being incorrect (again my fault) as well as some damage paint on the grill bar the response was I could send it back (and pay shipping) and if they determined it was fine I would have to pay to have it sent back to me. I responded and they never got back to me. Now that I tried to mount it I found 2 broken tabs as well as a poor grill bar to lower grill fitment I had to zip tie a new grill together. I wouldnt purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
Honest review & Honest reply ;)
-Grill & Metal strip come primed.
-They both require paint.
-Email convos confirm no damage occurred during shipping.
-customer admitted he bought wrong item, we accepted a return(which we dont do on body parts), but if it was returned w/ a broken tab, etc, then no credit would be given.
...We take time to carefully package & protect items for shipping, throwing it in a box & returning it to us w/ broken tabs etc is not acceptable. *This was more of a warning to properly pack & re-box (unfortunately most people who dont pack on a daily dont pack properly). Just the facts.
-Customer demanded a further discount because he ordered the wrong item.
- customer then breaks the tabs installing, or did whomever painted it?
*Installing a Grill is easy, take your time & be careful. Body work is required on unpainted materials. We think that's obvious.
- this grill is primered & comes w/ masking tape on the top 2 inner slats(behind the grill), So you dont have to re-mask it when painted.
- The Grill strip is factory coated. It required paint prep like any unfinished metal body panel would.

The grill part fit perfectly on the car, only trouble is getting the metal strip on the bottom to clip into the plastic. otherwise i love the look of the new grill!

I recently recieved my grill in the mail, but when it came to the door I notised that the box was severely bent. I opened it and the grill itself was ok except for a broken tap and the lower metal insert was bend as well. Im sure it was just from UPS handling but my grill has to be zipped tied on
*DubNutz: Sorry your grill was damaged during transit. The item was double walled in a triangular box(stronger than square). The Grill ends were stretch wrapped to prevent movement & padding was added inside the box as well. Unfortunately UPS can sometimes damage fragile items no matter how well packed. It's best to contact us within 24hrs of receipt if you notice shipping damage, as well as save all packaging. This is the only way we can file a proper claim through UPS. For your inconvenience you have been emailed a future discount code. Regards, The DubNutz
